- Job Description:
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting clients with service requests for appointments and support
Maintaining excellent knowledge of internal practices and processes
Championing and applying the organisational values when dealing with clients, associates, internal staff and team members.
- Requirements:
Customer service experience
Demonstrates the ability to be understanding and empathetic towards customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Proficient computer skills in order to navigate various systems
Ability to keep calm in high pressure environment
An interest in mental health and the community
