- Job Description:
The Community Connections Worker will be a participating member of the Geelong Head to Health Team supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon their practice and access comprehensive training and development.
The Community Connections Worker will support the Service Manager by actively identifying, engaging and building relationships with non-mental health specific organisations and groups within the Geelong area, supporting the establishment of key partnerships and collaborative development opportunities within the community.
This staff member will identify, and work directly with services to promote and support the establishment of accessible referral pathways to their social connectivity programs, for all members of the local community to have access to.
- Requirement:
Neami National will require, as part of our condition of employment, that all candidates applying for any position must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (or have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and have a scheduled appointment to receive their third dose.)
Candidates will be required to provide appropriate evidence of COVID-19 vaccination to Neami National.
