- Job description:
Lead execution of HR services, strategy and initiatives with a designated client group.
Work collaboratively with employees, managers and key stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
Provide timely, expert advice on legislation, policies and contemporary HR practices.
Act as an internal consultant and change agent to support strategic priorities.
Develop, implement and support contemporary best practice people management policies, workforce management plans, employee relations policies, procedures and practices.
- Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations or other related field.
Proven experience working as a HR generalist within a multi-faceted organisational environment.
Demonstrated ability to partner and consult with all levels of management, coach and develop staff, and provide support in relation to HR policies and practices.
Strong understanding and ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, industrial instruments, policies and procedures.
Experience in providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues and ability to work in a complex, changing environment.
