Midtown Medical Clinic and The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre are co-located at Level 4, 250 Collins Street, right in the heart of Melbourne's Central Business District. We are seeking an experienced reception staff member to join our dynamic team of health administrators and health professionals. The successful applicant will work alongside five full time and one part time reception staff under the guidance of a Practice Manager and two Assistant Practice Managers. The administration team takes care of the needs of more than 50 health professionals including:
General Practitioners
Primary Care Nurses
Sports Doctors
Physiotherapists
Podiatrists
Myotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists
Accredited Practising Dietitians and Nutritionists
- Job Description:
The position will include scheduling of appointments for medical and allied health practitioners, processing consultation and surgical payments, liaising with other medical and allied health practitioners and facilities, stocking and tidying of consulting rooms and general administration and reception duties.
- Requirement:

You have experience with health or medical software, Best Practice preferred
