Exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to join Austin Health to lead the delivery of large scale strategic improvement projects. This unique opportunity is a full-time ongoing position.
As an integral member of the Service Improvement and Innovation Team and a leader in project management within Austin Health, this role will work collaboratively with leaders, staff, consumers and other key stakeholders to support the organisation to achieve its objectives.
You will also work closely with the Director Service Improvement to deliver the Service Improvement and Innovation Team annual business plan, lead, support and supervise our Project Leads/Officers, and support project and change management capability building across Austin Health.
Tertiary qualifications in a health or management discipline
Demonstrated experience leading and delivering large scale, complex improvement projects in a healthcare or related sector, whilst maintaining continuous services
Proven track record leading and motivating teams to successfully deliver project outcomes and innovative service change
Highly skilled in partnering and co-designing with consumers, carers and staff to improve patient outcomes and experience, and staff job satisfaction and engagement
Highly effective in engaging stakeholders, building strategic partnerships, and communicating with influence at all levels
