- Job Description:
Coordinate and disseminate Course information to prospective and ongoing students.
Employ an Active Service Model that supports and encourages students to undertake challenges in all aspects of the learning process including research, essay writing editing texts, sourcing materials and computer access to university programs.
In partnership with learning partners, manage and establish effective learning and student / lecturer interaction.
Maintain records and data and prepare reports as required by line management.
- Requirement:
Tertiary level qualifications and/or training in social welfare or related field.
Demonstrated capacity to coordinate and manage effective communication with university faculty staff to facilitate Clemente Program student admission, orientation, participation, engagement and learning progression.
Knowledge and understanding of health, community and social issues that can impact student wellbeing.
Demonstrated written communication skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
