MOIRA Your Journey takes a person-centred approach to providing innovative programs and practical services to help young people across Melbourne and throughout Victoria. As a Your Journey team member, you will work with a group of vibrant, dedicated professionals guided by a shared set of values and a vision that people choose what creates their best future. MOIRA invests heavily it's culture and team member experience as we strongly believe this is the key to delivering a great experience for those we support.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology and/or related Behavioural Sciences at degree level with relevant experience or a Diploma with substantial experience in the relevant service stream.
Demonstrated ability to provide a case management and coordination service in complex family circumstances where multiple service providers may be involved, within the child protection system.
