The Program Workers are integral to the PARC program as they work closely with participants in their recovery journey whilst at PARC, both individually and with their clinical care teams, and lead a range of groups and activities which aid recovery. Our Program Workers also provide key operational support and help create new innovations and improvements for the ongoing quality of the program.
PARCS operate 24/7 on a rotating roster and penalty rates apply for afternoon and weekend hours.
- Requirement:
Completion of studies in Mental Health, AOD, Community Services or related field (min Cert 4 or above) or qualifications in a social science (social work, occupational therapy, nursing or psychology)
Experience in the field of mental health, community services or disability (highly desirable)
Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
Evidence of the right to work in Australia
Evidence of, or a willingness to obtain a National Police Records Check, Working with Children Check - Employee, NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Evidence of COVID booster vaccination or valid medical exemption
