- Job Description:
The role will have oversight of the following key activities: (1) Service Development and Project Management which will focus on collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritise work and projects; (2) Data Collection and Reporting; (3) Supporting Older People, Carers and Families and (4) Supporting organisational efforts to respond to COVID-19 and other emergency situations when necessary.
A tertiary qualification in Community Development, Social Work or related discipline and/or relevant experience in Case Management, Aged Care Assessment.
A current Victorian Driver’s Licence is an essential requirement, and access to a roadworthy registered vehicle to use for work purposes. Comprehensive Insurance is strongly recommended.
